Grateful for Jesus' Last Stop
Jesus came on last-minute notice to look into our furnace issue. It stopped heating about a week ago, and we couldn’t bear going another day without heat. He took his time to find the issue, and on an older unit was able to get the heating element back in working order. Great Customer Service
Our AC unit went out two months after we moved into our home. From May to December we received countless opinions, diagnostics, and quotes from many companies. We finally chose On Time Home Services because they had competitive pricing, great customer service, seemed honest, and of course, they were on time. We received a consultation on Friday and we had technicians Jared and Austin come out on Tuesday. They were here for about 6 hours setting up our AC unit and furnace. They were extremely respectful and polite. They picked up after themselves when they left too. We are very satisfied, and happy we went with On Time Home Services.

Update. Carlos came out to check on our malfunctioning thermostat. He believes the problem is up in the furnace. We can't go up there today, so I will reschedule. Carlos arrived on time, and was a pleasure to talk to.
We replaced 16-year-old AC equipment with all brand new equipment. We opted for On Time's top-tier Bosch variable speed condenser units, with all the goodies included with the evaporator coils. Justin and Kent, and the other fellas did a great install. We recommend them!

These guys are great and deserve some praise! I had such bad anxiety calling a repair guy. I worked for a general contractor for years and know the headaches and worries that come along with it.
Let me tell you, these guys are 100% upfront, honest, and hard-working. They will treat your home like it was their own, and I love that! Look at my review history, and you will see I am generally a hardass. Ricky was sent out to my home and was very polite and just a really good guy in general. He explained everything to me and took the time to answer all my questions.
Robby was sent out the second day to help button things up, and he was wonderful as well. Very polite and extremely knowledgeable, I believe he has 16 years of experience or something along those lines.
